 With a capacity crowd full of Brazilian nationals and Tanzanians alike, Brazilian Week kicked off at the Dar es Salaam Serena Hotel on Monday evening. More than 40 dishes graced the buffet menu inside the Serengeti Restaurant whilst outside on the patio, chefs tended to the three customized grills where choice meats were being roasted to order all night long.   With ingredients flown in from Mozambique, all of the food served had a feel of true Brazilian dining. Adding to the authenticity of the evening, guests were also treated to a complimentary welcome drink from Hennessy. Guests were able to choose from four custom drinks created with a unique Brazilian twist all of which were well received by the guests.
