Are you being disturbed by swelling gums (pyorrhea), high blood pressure, gout and arthritis, rough skin, dehydration and other diseases? A budding yet resourceful  Maria Lubuva reveals an alternative antidote that will keep these ailments at bay.

A couple of months  ago in  the northern part of Tanzania, emerged a small village of Samunge which had hitherto been taking refuge in oblivion, it became the cynosure of not only Tanzanians’ attention but also the whole world, a cupful of   ‘Mugariga’ concoction dispensed by a former  Lutheran pastor is said albeit outside the scientific faculties to be potent to cure diseases which have eluded modern technology in the medical field, to the chagrin of those who had been  exploiting patients’ desperate situation by exhorting large sums of money, the  humble yet controversial  man of God Ambilikile Mwasapile only charges a modest five hundred shillings(US $ 0.33333333)to relieve  people from even the notorious HIV/Aids.
The frenzy that ensued upon getting the winds of this information is a clear revelation of how a large number of people walk under a heavy yoke of malignant diseases. My dear reader, in this hallowed space, I want to introduce you to a scientifically proved version of ‘Mugariga’ that will work wonders in your life and unlike the mysterious  one dispensed in Samunge, the efficacy of this one is devoid of superstitious strings and above all, it is cheaper than the former  as it goes for only  two hundred shillings ‘a cup’ and  you do not have to travel to Arusha, Mbeya, Tabora to have a dose ,you may find it within a spitting distance from your house.
It is Cucumis Sativus a.k.a. Cucumber (Matango). It is low in calories, so it will not increase your weight, in fact it is recommended in a diet for weight loss, it also reduces hunger pangs, with its high water content (96% of its content is
water) it thus hydrates the body and this my save those who are not fond of drinking water, it as well helps in excretion of harmful wastes and extra fluids. It has a healing property in relation to diseases of the kidney, urinary bladder, and liver, its flesh is a rich source of vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin A. It has high silica content on its skin; hence its consumption maintains a healthy and glowing skin.
When cucumber slices are placed on the eyes, they reduce the puffiness. The high silicon and sulfur content promote healthy hair especially when taken   with carrot juice frequently. The high mineral content provides natural source for antioxidants and useful in removing uric acid, making it helpful to those with gout and arthritis. A mixture of cucumber juice and carrot juice is also good in dealing with rheumatic conditions. It is also rich in magnesium and potassium, this property helps in the regulation of blood pressure, especially   high blood pressure.
Besides, cucumber has alkaline properties, hence it neutralizes acidity, and it is soothing in gastric ulcer, heartburn, and gastritis. Cucumbers are helpful in strengthening the bones, connective tissues and blood vessels, aiding in healing process.  They are helpful in the fight against diseases of the gums like pyorrhea (inflammation of gums with discharge of pus) a cucumber is a good source of dietary fiber, aiding in digestion and may give relief from constipation. It is also advisable for those suffering from diabetes because its glycolic index is 0, and its healing properties make it essential for that purpose.
CAUTION:-Avoid the bitter tasting parts of cucumber, because they can be toxic. Do not consume the bitter-tasting cucumber juice; overeating can also lead to intestinal gas, bloating, and abdominal cramps. Start eating cucumber today lest you should forget the adage “A fruit a day keeps a doctor a way”
