The Kinondoni District
Commissioner Jordan Rugimbana who represented the Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner Said Meck Sadiki at

management act saying this would help in dealing with offenders.

environmental officers have to play their role diligently and ensure that companies
and individuals adhere to the set laws,” he said..
He however noted that environmental
conservation efforts face challenges that include shortage of finance by the
municipalities to carry their environment conservation efforts as planned fully
among others.
